About the face-to-face classes resumption arrangement

(1) About the face-to-face classes resumption arrangement
After teachers investigate the will of children return to school during face-to-face class
resumption with the parents, the result is 88.9% of parents let their children go back to school.
We observe the epidemic situation after the Lunar New Year holiday, the number of confirmed
cases in Hong Kong has hovered between ten and twenty, and there is no continuous increase.
Based on the above considerations, our school will resume classes in phrases, the school
has also arranged for teachers and staff to do the “Covid-19 nucleic acid test” every 14 days.

(2) Arrangements for students returning from oversea
In order to protect the health and safety of all teachers and students in the school, all students returning to Hong Kong from mainland China or foreign countries must be isolated for 14 days before returning to school. (If the travel area is an area listed by the government that requires quarantine for 21 days, students must complete 21 days of quarantine before returning to school.)

(3) Matters concerning compulsory inspection
According to the “School Health Guidelines” issued by the Centre for Health Protection. If teacher, school staff, student or parent is a close contact or household member of a confirmed or preliminary confirmed case, they must not attend school. And carry out the test as soon as possible within the specified date, and notify the school after the test result is determined to be negative before entering the school. The school will require parents and students to provide relevant supporting documents (such as mobile phone text messages, test report results). Parents are kindly requested to take a responsible attitude. If they need to undergo compulsory testing, they should not go back to school with their children before there is a negative result.

(4) Arrangements for flexible handling of late arrivals and early departures
School has prepared for the resumption. In the view of the concern about the development of COVID-19, we understand parents’ concerns, thus, students’ leave requests, late arrivals, or early departures will be handled flexibly.

(5)About hygiene measures for students

  1. During the suspension period, school premises had been cleaned and disinfected thoroughly.

School has reminded all staff (including school bus drivers and nannies) and students to take
the temperature before back to school. If your child has a fever or any respiratory symptoms,
they should not attend school but consult a doctor and stay at home. During the school time,
if students are found having fever or respiratory symptoms, schools will inform parents or
guardians as soon as possible, and students should seek medical treatment promptly.
Temperature above the reference range quoted below is considered as significant and one
   should seek medical attention.
